Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Time
We offer next-day delivery on all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect it to arrive within 1 business day.

Orders placed after [cutoff time, e.g. 2:00 PM] may be processed the following business day, with delivery the day after..

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders. 

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Areas
We currently ship to the UAE. If your address falls outside our delivery zone, you'll be notified at checkout.

Delays
While we guarantee next-day delivery under normal circumstances, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, weather, or courier issues. We'll notify you as soon as possible if this affects your order.
